    Pentaco Construction have handed over the refurbished Fountain Court office building in Peterborough. Fountain Court is part of the Peterborough Business Park at Lynchwood, near the A1. It is a purpose built office building of some 4000m2 on two floors set round an inner courtyard.

    Construction starts on Sprowston Diamond Centre Extension

    The first exciting step towards Sprowston Town Council’s vision to provide a much-needed multi-use community facility in Sprowston were taken today (14 March) as local construction company Pentaco Construction started work on a new extension to the Sprowston Diamond Centre in School Lane, Sprowston. Financing for the extension on the east wing has been helped by £100,000 of funding from the Norfolk County Council Community Construction Fund.

    Pentaco to construct residential development in Attleborough

    Following a period of negotiation Pentaco Construction has secured the contract to build nine bungalows in Dodds Road, Attleborough in Norfolk. The works for local developer, EPH, has a value of £820k. The units are for sale in the open market and will be available in the Summer of 2013.

    Expanding Pentaco Construction Opens Chelmsford Office

    East Anglian general building contractor Pentaco Construction has expanded its building activities in Anglia and the South East region with the opening of a new office in Chelmsford, Essex.

    The new premises at Waterhouse Business Centre in Cromar Way will support the company’s growing construction operations in North London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk.

    At a time when many construction companies are reducing staff, Norwich building contractor Pentaco Construction is bucking the trend. The company has appointed Andrew Richman as regional business development manager following some notable contract wins this year in East Anglia and across the UK. Andrew will be responsible for expanding Pentaco’s current construction operations in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex.
